Beautiful eyes need a definition and highlighter. Kohl is usually made with charcoal or other blackening agents. In India Kajal is made with the soot gathered from a ghee lamp that is put under a raised brass plate and then mixed in a delicate proportion with ghee, oils and beeswax. Here is my best attempt at this method.
I have gathered soot from a ghee lamp and mixed in castor oil, ghee, shea butter and beeswax and the resulting kajal/kohl is a thick ointment that can be applied with a the help of a tiny brush. The soot gathered in the process is not huge so the effect will never be as harsh or dark like an eyeliner.
This kajal is kind of delicate but perfect for a smoky look. So go ahead and put on your smoky, natural and herbal eye makeup. You will like the look.

Comes with 4 applicators and the kajal is packaged in an 1 ounce tin. This is a preservative free, chemical free product.
